When I entered the festival grounds in lake Elmo a couple years back I truely felt I had finally made it home. After wondering from gig to gig, scene to scene, show to show with no place to call my own. I found it. It will never be lost again! Thanks to Wisconsin Johnson!

Thanks CHRIS!

Chris has done so much for the music community, not only in Minnesota, but throughout the world. I have met so many folks, especially online only because of their connection to Chris, and the DBF festival. These are people that share such a common love as I, and I am grateful that this all came together to meet so many great folks. I will be having some of the DBF bands, and musicians out to my house for my shows. 9 straight weeks of live music, literally in my backyard during the summer months of July, August, and September. Though, nothing like the accomplishment Chris has achieved over the years, I hope to help provide a place for those that still love this music, and will travel to see it. Hopefully, I will be seeing Chris out at my place. If so...I got a lawnchair, beer, and some meat off the BBQ waiting for him. Thanks to Chris for all he has done!!
